Description
James Roberts IV (Hair) returns to The Duplex with a stripped down collection of original tunes and soulful covers. Drawing from his rock and R&B influences, James explores and deconstructs his ongoing journey toward success, love, and self-acceptance. The show features guitar accompaniment by Alex Kerckhoff. James Roberts IV is a veteran of the international and national tours of Hair and The Producers as well as several regional productions including 25th Annual . . . Spelling Bee, Memphis, and Children of Eden. Most recently he received acclaim for his performance as Miss Bible Belt in Pageant (“James Roberts IV has the perfect religious zeal and powerful voice to turn his solo number into a huge crowd pleaser.”).
